Nicole Lafrenière

Nicole Lafrenière (B.Mus., B.Ed., Orff-Schulwerk III) has been an elementary music specialist in French Immersion and Francophone schools since 1994, embracing the Orff-Schulwerk approach. Striving to develop innovative and eclectic French-language music resources, she is one of the main contributors to both volumes of On s'amuse avec les compositeurs, the French adaptation of the award-winning Fun with Composers series created by Deborah Lyn Ziolkoski. Nicole is a versatile singer, vocal coach and clinician, sharing her expertise in festivals, children’s workshops, and education conferences across Canada, including the Ensemble 2014 National Orff Conference in Halifax. Nicole is excited to be sharing fun, multidisciplinary and active lessons that bring the joy of classical music to students en français.
