Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating youth about work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through relevant, hands-on programs. Company Program and Investment Strategies are two JA programs that maximize student potential through experiential activities that are both free and have flexible delivery: Company Program (CP) gives students the opportunity to gain experience in running their own product-based business over the course of 15-18 weeks. Investment Strategies (ISP) provides students the opportunity to gain a better understanding of investments and how they can be used to achieve financial goals by participating in an online stock-market competition. This session will discuss the benefits of offering CP and/or ISP to your students and tackle the challenges. We will answer questions about making the programs fit your school’s timetable and explain just how easy it is to run one of these two programs.
