Dr. Vollant testifies to his career which is marked by both cultural pride, perseverance, resilience, but also by the challenge of education for a native. It is a story full of hope that shows that despite the obstacles, it is possible to succeed. Dr. Vollant also summarizes his reflections on the challenges that must be met to enable First Nations youth to develop their full potential. In fact, Dr. Vollant's experience in the field shows how young people can dream and use their education and the richness of their origins to make their dreams contribute to the well-being of all Canadians.
