Have you ever participated in an Escape Room? Remember that excitement as you and your friends were overcoming challenges and getting close to attaining your freedom? Well Breakout EDU is the escape room made for the classroom. Breakout EDU is the immersive learning games platform. The Breakout EDU kit allows for the facilitation of games where players use teamwork and critical thinking to solve a series of challenging puzzles in order to open the locked box. Games are available for all ages and content areas. Participants will have the chance to experience what a Breakout EDU game feels like. See if you have what it takes to join a group of individuals and overcome the challenge placed before you to save the world. Participants will work through an actual Breakout EDU game. Participants will have the opportunity to discover what the Breakout EDU kit is, how to create a kit on a limited budget and how the games are created. Participants will have the opportunity to begin looking at resources for their classroom needs and even begin to create their own game to use in their classroom. Personal technology is a must for participants in this session.
