Have you been looking for ways to integrate your elementary math and science classes in authentic problem solving contexts? By doing so, you may need to spend less time prepping, and have more student engagement and learning! STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) has become a popular conversation among teachers and is often suggested as an approach to integrating these topics. We were curious to know more about how math and science thinking could happen together - we invite you to hear about some of the things we learned! We’d like you to come and try a STEM activity with us so you can learn more about how to teach science and math together - and also benefit from this in your classroom!
