We live in a stressful, busy, on-demand world where we are connected 24/7 but often disconnected from our true selves. In this session, we look at becoming revolutionaries by prioritizing actual human experiences over status updates. We cover social media, email and smart phone addiction, focusing on practical strategies such as scheduling, antidotes to the digital world, making room for real-life emotions, embracing simplicity, healthy boundary setting and self-care so you can model a more balanced life to your students.
