It is imperative that educators are healthy and well.  Your ability to make a difference in the lives of your family and your students depends on it! "If you don’t take time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness." During this session, Wellness Educator Joyce Sunada will share the consequences of ignoring her own health and the ripple effect of her actions. Participants will have an opportunity to assess their current wellness, share successful practices and strategize how to create a positive ripple effect on their family, classroom and whole school community.
