We’re now 18 months in to an ambitious overhaul of the Alberta curriculum that will result in the development of new arts, language arts, math, science, social studies, and wellness programs of study. Learning outcomes for Kindergarten to Grade 4 should be developed by 2018; Grades 5-8 outcomes in 2019; Grades 9-10 outcomes in 2020-21; and Grades 11-12 outcomes in 2021-22.

The goal of this session is to provide teachers and school leaders with an opportunity to discuss curriculum development and implementation with representatives from Alberta Education and the Alberta Teachers’ Association.
