When two identities collide: Empowering FrancoQUEERS

This session will be presented in FRENCH.

This workshop aims to educate teachers on the struggles that the LGBTQ+ community faces in the francophone community. Being a double minority in our communities often means one of your identities must lessened in order to give more space for the other to define you. FJA aims to end this decision making and help young francoQUEERS create ties between both their communities. The session will be composed of an educational aspect (all things LGBTQ+), followed by a panel of queer adults that graduated from Francophone schools. There will also be a Q & A period with our panelists!!
