Didn’t they learn that last year? This is a common statement shared by math teachers. This workshop will provide participants exposure to help identify those gaps in curricular outcomes. Once gaps are identified, learn great activities which are easy to differentiate, into your Math program. Through games and tactile practices, participants will learn how to make Math more engaging and fun for students. Let’s work through engaging activities to motivate and hook our students into loving math. We will focus on building a strong number sense in students that can transfer into more challenging outcomes. Participants will leave with ready to use activities to implement immediately. Be prepared to participate, have fun and win fabulous prizes! This workshop will use examples from Division Two, but can be implemented at any level.
