Keys to Empowering Youth to Succeed (KEYS) is a Strathcona County based Mental Health Capacity Building Project funded by Alberta Health Services. KEYS works with junior high schools and in collaboration with community partners to support the wellness of students, parents, and school staff members. Through this work, KEYS aim is to build resiliency in students and families by promoting positive mental health, coping strategies, and healthy relationships through awareness, knowledge, and skill building. KEYS will share stories and lessons learned from their work in local schools so that you can bring strategies back to your own staff rooms and classrooms on Monday morning!
